Rules & Regulations

Due to potential damage to the dumpster and the procedure of our landfill, clients are NOT to place the following items in the dumpster:

Hazardous Materials and Liquids such as; Liquid Paint, Paint Cans, Aerosol Cans, Asbestos, Anti-Freeze and other Car Fluids, Oils, Gasoline, Herbicides, Pesticides, Electronics, Medical Waste, Animal/Human waste and parts, other Hazardous or Flammable parts.

Here is an extended list of objects that if found in the dumpster WILL result in a disposal fee:

• Tires
• Liquid Paint/Cans
• Florescent Lights
• Propane Tanks
• Medical Waste
• Mattresses/Box Spring
• Electronics/Televisions

This rule is not limited to the listed items above and can include all forms of hazardous items that could be hazardous to our health or to the dumpster itself. If you have any of these items that need to be disposed of, call us prior to ask about proper disposal.

Clients are NEVER to move the dumpster once Dynamite Dumpsters has placed the dumpster at its agreed upon location.

Moving the dumpster could cause damage to the dumpster itself or to the client’s property.

DO NOT fill the dumpster over the brim.

Our workers must seal the dumpster when they remove it from the property to prevent the trash from blowing into the communities’ streets. So, it is important that the cover of the dumpster can fit back onto the brim.

Just like our dumpsters, we DO NOT allow our clients to move the portable toilets away from the designated agreed upon spot:

this could result in a big mess! Our trucks also need to drive to and from the location without any hazards.

DO NOT let the waste in the container fill over the brim.

We can empty out the waste tanks on request, in addition to our weekly empty.

Any violations of these rules of Dynamite Dumpsters could result in additional penalty fees.
